Key Responsibilities
• Manage product listings, inventory, pricing, and promotions across all marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Jiomart, etc.)
• Oversee the D2C website (Shopify/WooCommerce) and ensure product updates, UX improvements, and order fulfillment
• Optimize product content (titles, descriptions, images) for SEO and conversions
• Coordinate with logistics partners for timely order dispatch and delivery
• Monitor daily sales, traffic, returns, and customer reviews to improve performance
• Plan and execute platform-specific campaigns and discount strategies
• Collaborate with the marketing team to run paid ads and influencer campaigns
• Identify growth opportunities and new marketplace integrations
• Analyze reports and KPIs to generate actionable insights for revenue growth
