CollegeWollege is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Communications / Marketing Executive – Operations to support our marketing initiatives and communication workflows. The ideal candidate should have experience with website content management, emailers, CRM communication, and a basic understanding of design. Familiarity with WhatsApp API integration for communication campaigns is a strong advantage.


Key Responsibilities:

Manage and update content on the company website using CMS platforms.
Draft and schedule marketing emailers and newsletters using tools like Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, etc.
Plan and execute CRM-driven communication workflows, including WhatsApp API-based campaigns
Coordinate with design and content teams to ensure aligned, timely messaging
Maintain and manage communication databases, contact lists, and campaign schedules
Track and report campaign performance metrics across email, CRM, and WhatsApp
Assist in general marketing operations and administrative support

Requirements:

1–2 years of experience in marketing communications or operations
Experience in managing website content (e.g., WordPress, CMS tools)
Hands-on experience with email marketing and CRM tools
Familiarity with WhatsApp API and its use in customer communication
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Basic design skills and a good visual sense (experience with Canva or similar tools)
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
