Production Manager

We are looking for a Production Manager to join our team at Infokey System Private Limited. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25000 - ₹30000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• A Production Supervisor in a fabrication setting is responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of fabrication projects. They manage a team, coordinate schedules, and address any issues that arise during production

• Production Planning & Scheduling:

  Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and strategies to meet production objectives. 

• Process Monitoring & Improvement:

  Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and safety, and identify areas for improvement. 

• Team Management:

  Coordinate and assign tasks to production staff, provide training, and motivate the team. 

• Quality Control:

  Ensure that quality control standards and protocols are followed and address any quality-related issues. 

• Equipment & Maintenance:

  Conduct regular equipment inspections, coordinate with maintenance staff, and ensure repairs are performed. 

• Inventory Management:

  Manage inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain staff. 

• Safety:

  Ensure a safe and secure work environment by implementing safety measures and adhering to safety regulations. 

• Reporting:

  Compile and analyze production records, and prepare progress reports

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 4 - 5 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
