Job Summary:

We are hiring Supervisors for our automotive battery manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a manufacturing setup, with strong team management skills, and the ability to ensure production targets and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Supervise daily operations and shift activities on the production floor.

·         Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards.

·         Monitor machinery, tools, and workforce performance.

·         Allocate manpower and ensure optimum utilization of resources.

·         Maintain accurate production records and submit reports as needed.

·         Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and warehouse departments.

·         Train and guide new workers and operators.

·         Identify and resolve production issues in real-time.

·         Support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

·         Education: ITI / Diploma / Graduate in Engineering or related field

·         Experience: Minimum 2–4 years in a supervisory role in a manufacturing/automotive company

·         Skills: Leadership, problem-solving, communication, team handling

·         Language: Must know Hindi, Marathi; Basic English preferred

·         Other: Must be physically fit and willing to work in shifts
