Oversee the daily operations of the store and ensure smooth functioning.
Manage stock levels, conduct regular inventory audits, and update stock records.
Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining store cleanliness and organization.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure excellent customer service.
Generate sales reports, assist in sales forecasting, and achieve sales targets.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely stock replenishment.
Support the store manager in planning promotional campaigns and store displays.
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail/store executive role.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).
Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management software (e.g., Tally, SAP, or POS systems).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Flexible to work on weekends and public holidays if required.
