Role Overview

We are hiring energetic and result-driven Field Sales Executives for our operations in Goa. This role involves merchant onboarding, relationship management, and promoting PhonePe's suite of payment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Onboard and manage merchants in assigned areas

Promote PhonePe’s value-added services (EDC, Smart Speaker, etc.)

Build long-term merchant relationships

Monitor competitor activity and share insights

Eligibility

Graduate (must)

Minimum 1 year of experience in B2C field sales

Must own a bike and valid driving license

Good communication and persuasion skills

Immediate joiners preferred

Only local Goa-based candidates will be considered
