About the Role:

V Protect is hiring enthusiastic and self-driven Business Development Executives to expand our reach in the Bangalore region. This is a field sales role involving direct interaction with potential clients to promote and sell our advanced safety alarm products. The selected candidates will play a key role in increasing revenue by meeting sales goals, building client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential customers in residential and commercial areas

• Demonstrate safety alarm products and explain their features and benefits

• Generate leads through field visits and convert them into sales

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers

• Negotiate and close sales effectively

• Maintain daily reports on visits, leads, and closures

• Coordinate with the internal team for product delivery and customer support

• Stay updated on product knowledge and competitor activity

Who Can Apply?

• Qualification: Any graduate (Bachelor’s degree required)

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of field sales/business development experience

• Age Limit: Up to 35 years

• Preferred Background: B2C/B2B sales, electronics sales, consumer product marketing

• Language: Fluency in English & Hindi

Salary & Benefits:

• Fixed Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000/month

• Incentives: Up to ₹35,000/month based on performance

• Travel Allowance: Petrol expenses covered

• Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (General Day Shift)
