📌 Position: Business Development Manager (BDM) – Self Sourcing

📌 Industry: Banking & Financial Services

Job Responsibilities:

✅ Responsible for sourcing Credit Cards through SBI Corporate Salary Package (CSP) Accounts

✅ Work closely with SBI Corporate Salary Accounts team to generate new leads

✅ Individual Contributor Role – Directly connect with SBI bank & do self-sourcing

✅ Build & maintain strong relations with CSP clients

✅ Achieve assigned sales targets

Requirements:

✔ Graduate with 3-4 years of sales experience (Corporate Sales experience is a plus)

✔ MBA Freshers (Grade 2/3 Institutes) can also apply based on skills

✔ Must be fluent in English

✔ Two-wheeler mandatory – Frequent travel within the base & surrounding locations
