Job Responsibilities:
• Conducting site visits to our farmland properties to guide prospects and ensure an
enjoyable experience.
• Timely follow-ups with prospects to ensure each enquiry either moves ahead in
the sales process.
• Meeting and exceeding targets for site visits generated and conversions to
bookings.
• Keeping up to date with our offerings as well as competition.
• Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the
CRM. Maintaining overview of all enquiries in the system to generate new site
visits or to re-activate older site visit data.
• Participating in events, conferences and project launches when required.
• Collaborating with the operations and hospitality teams to develop, implement
and improve facilities and experiences at the farms.
