We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Engineer to join our team.as a Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless installation ,operation, and maintenance of machines at clients' locations. the ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients Service engineer roles and responsibilities: 1. Installation of Machines: - - Execute machine installations at clients' premises, ensuring proper setup and configuration. Collaborate with clients to understand specific requirements and tailor installations accordingly. 2. Client Training: - - - Conduct comprehensive training sessions for clients on machine operation, emphasizing correct usage and maintenance practices. Provide clear and concise instructional materials to aid clients in operating machines efficiently. Collaborate with the technical support team to address complex technical challenges. 3. Technical Expertise: - - - - Possess a B.E/B.Tech/ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering. Demonstrate proficiency in using PCs and familiarity with relevant software applications. Have a solid understanding and hands-on experience with basic electrical equipment such as Mustimeter, soldering iron, etc. Experience and proficiency in using basic mechanical equipment like drilling machines, tapping tools, etc. Qualifications and requirements: 4. Educational Background: - B.E / B. Tech /ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering. 5. Technical Skills: - - Proficient in using PCs and relevant software applications. Familiarity with basic electrical equipment (Multimeter, soldering iron) and mechanical equipment (drilling machines, tapping tools). 6. Problem-solving Skills: - Strong troubleshooting abilities to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently. 7. Communication Skills: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction and training sessions. 8. Team Collaboration: - Ability to collaborate with internal teams to address complex technical challenges. 9.
