Role Overview:

Sunrise Digital is seeking a proactive and analytical Performance Marketing Executive with 1–2 years of experience in executing paid ad campaigns. You will work closely with our digital marketing and creative teams to strategize, execute, and optimize high-performing ad campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategize, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns on platforms like Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, etc.

• Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns for metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate.

• Conduct keyword research, set up ad groups, and create compelling ad copy and creatives (in collaboration with design/content teams).

• Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages.

• Analyze funnel performance and recommend improvements for user acquisition and conversion.

• Generate detailed performance reports using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Google Data Studio.

• Stay current with platform updates and digital marketing trends to implement best practices.

Key Requirements:

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads.

• Strong understanding of digital advertising KPIs and campaign optimization.

• Working knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setups.

• Comfortable managing monthly ad budgets and scaling campaigns based on performance.

• Experience with e-commerce, lead generation, or B2B/B2C funnels is a plus.

• Basic Excel or Google Sheets reporting skills.

• Google Ads / Meta Certifications are an added advantage.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or any relevant field.

• Certification in Digital Marketing (Google, Meta, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus.
