Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Digital Marketing Trainer to join our team. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions to students, professionals, and corporates, both online and offline. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in key digital marketing domains and a passion for teaching and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging training sessions on SEO, SEM (Google Ads), SMM (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), Email Marketing, Content Marketing, Analytics (Google Analytics), WordPress, and Affiliate Marketing.

• Design and update course content, training materials, case studies, and assignments based on the latest industry trends.

• Conduct interactive live sessions, workshops, and one-on-one mentoring.

• Provide practical demonstrations, live campaign setups, and project guidance.

• Evaluate trainees' progress through assessments, reviews, and feedback.

• Support the marketing team with internal training sessions and content development when needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.

• Previous training or mentoring experience preferred.

• Strong knowledge of tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Canva, Mailchimp, etc.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Certification in Google Ads, HubSpot, or Meta Blueprint is a plus.

• Energetic, confident, and student-focused.

• Ability to simplify complex topics and adapt to various learner levels.

• Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and tools.
