About the Role
We’re looking for a data-driven, highly skilled Performance Marketing Executive to lead and optimize paid marketing campaigns across digital channels. You’ll be responsible for driving ROI, scaling customer acquisition, and delivering performance insights that fuel growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, A/B testing, and ad copy optimization.
Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and generate performance reports.
Work closely with the creative team to ensure high-performing ad creatives.
Analyze funnel performance and improve conversion rates across paid channels.
Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROAS and meet growth targets.
Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm updates, and competitor activity.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, especially in managing and scaling paid campaigns.
Proven track record of managing large ad spends with positive ROI.
Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, etc.).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication, reporting, and teamwork skills.
Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint is a plus.
Preferred Background:
Experience in B2B, eCommerce, or D2C industries
Understanding of landing page optimization, marketing funnels, and retargeting strategies
Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, Hotjar, HubSpot, or similar
