We’re looking for a dynamic, experienced, and multi-skilled Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager to lead the digital presence of Pooja Bedi, Happy Soul, and our associated wellness brands and YouTube channels.

This is a full-time, on-site role based out of our Mumbai office. If you live and breathe Instagram, YouTube, and digital trends — and have a flair for wellness, aesthetics, and strategy — we want you!

💼 Role & Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Execution

Create and implement tailored digital marketing strategies for each handle (Pooja Bedi, Happy Soul, Merchants of Wellness, etc.)

Calendarize and manage content across platforms: Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter (X)

Social Media Management

Daily posting, engagement, community building, and trend tracking

Create visually stunning and meaningful posts that reflect our brand ethos

YouTube Channel Management

Handle end-to-end channel operations: uploading, metadata, thumbnails, tags, playlists, growth strategies

Edit videos (reels, shorts, vlogs, interviews, podcasts, tutorials)

Performance Marketing

Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads)

Track analytics and optimize campaigns for better reach, engagement, and ROI

Content Creation

Collaborate on photo/video shoots

Create Reels, Stories, Posts, Shorts, etc. with a mix of wellness, inspiration, travel, and lifestyle content

Brand Building

Position the brand narrative consistently across all digital touchpoints

Engage with influencers, brand partners, and collaborators
Strong video editing skills (Reels/Shorts/YouTube videos) using tools like Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, Canva, CapCut, or similar

Proven experience in YouTube channel growth

Experience in running ad campaigns on Meta & Google platforms

Strong sense of aesthetics, wellness, storytelling, and brand voice

Excellent English communication (verbal & written)

Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative, and collaborative environment.
