Digital marketing manager

We are looking for an experienced and creative Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in social media advertising (Facebook & Google), social media management, and website development (preferably with WordPress).

You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company and its products/services, enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, and driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.

• Manage and optimize Facebook Ads & Google Ads to achieve lead generation and conversion targets.

• Design, build, and maintain our social media presence across all digital channels.

• Manage and update company websites using WordPress and ensure best practices in UI/UX.

• Collaborate with content and design teams to create engaging content for social media and website.

• Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

• Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.

• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
