Digital Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our services and enhance brand awareness. The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative, and results-oriented with a good understanding of current digital marketing tools and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

• Manage and optimize paid ads for better reach, engagement, and conversions.

• Handle social media accounts, post scheduling, and engagement strategies.

• Perform keyword research and SEO strategies to increase organic visibility.

• Monitor and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.

• Create engaging content in collaboration with the content/design team for posts, reels, blogs, and ads.

• Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify opportunities for growth.

• Assist in email marketing campaigns, landing page creation, and lead generation activities.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management.

• Proficiency in running and optimizing Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and YouTube Ads.

• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and web analytics.

• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Business Manager, Canva, and Mailchimp.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Creative thinking and problem-solving ability.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus):

• Experience in the beauty, cosmetics, or wellness industry.

• Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot.

• Knowledge of basic design using Canva or Adobe tools.

• Understanding of website CMS platforms like WordPress or Shopify.
