We are looking for a motivated Telecaller Executive to join our sales & customer service team in the furniture industry. You will be responsible for handling inbound/outbound calls, generating leads, and coordinating appointments for showroom visits or on-site consultations.
Make outbound calls to potential customers for furniture sales.
Follow up with leads generated via digital ads, social media, or showroom walk-ins.
Explain products, pricing, offers, and services in detail.
Schedule appointments for field sales or interior consultations.
Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer feedback.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.
Good communication skills in Hindi, English (regional language is a plus).
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM entry).
Sales-driven and customer-oriented mindset.
Prior experience in furniture/interiors or telecalling preferred.
