Key Responsibilities:

Collect, verify, and validate KYC documents submitted by clients/customers.

Ensure all documentation complies with banking and regulatory standards.

Maintain and update client records in internal databases.

Coordinate with internal teams and clients for any documentation clarifications.

Report discrepancies and follow up for corrections or additional documents.

Ensure data confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information securely.

Support in maintaining audit-ready documentation and records.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field (preferred).

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Basic understanding of KYC norms and documentation types.

Good communication skills (English and Hindi).

Proficient in MS Office tools, especially Excel and PDF handling.

Reliable internet connection and a working computer/laptop
