Job Description:

Confluence Educational Services Pvt Ltd, a leading study abroad consultancy, is seeking enthusiastic Tele-callers to join our team. As a Tele-caller, you will be the first point of contact for potential students and clients, guiding them through our services and generating leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and explain our study abroad services

• Follow up on leads generated through various sources

• Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions in the CRM

• Schedule counseling sessions and assist with follow-up communications

• Update and manage data using MS Excel

• Maintain a professional and positive approach in all interactions

Required Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Basic knowledge of CRM software and its usage

• Proficiency in MS Excel (data entry, organizing leads)

• Customer-focused and goal-oriented attitude

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum education: 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate

• Prior experience in tele-calling, customer support, or educational services is a plus

• Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply
