Also, good in working onGoogle Drive. ➢ Good command over English [Verbal & Written]. ➢ Ready to take additional responsibility. ➢ Report to ED on daily basis as per his time schedule through mail/tele-call/virtual/text message etc.Job Role ➢ Manage & maintain the Executive Directors’ Schedule. ➢ Fixing Meeting Appointments for ED with prospects. ➢ Sending Introductory E-Mails, Coordination with Customers. ➢ Support to ED in case of arranging visiting cards, samples, catalogues. ➢ Respond to emails as much as fast/possible, AS PER BRIEFING by Executive Director. ➢ Vendor Registrations as per instructions. ➢ File up all correspondence in related file. ➢ Quotation Support, its monitoring & follow up ➢ Coordination with Sales Team ➢ Maintaining MIS reports Others ➢ Female, Preferred ➢ There should be job stability, not someone who has been jumping jobs often. ➢ Should be honest. ➢ Work from Office Only.
