Real Estate Telesales Executive

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Team Leader to oversee and coordinate our on-site and cross-functional project teams. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of real estate sales executives

• Set monthly and quarterly sales targets for the team and monitor performance

• Conduct regular team meetings, one-on-ones, and training sessions

• Handle client queries and support sales team in closing deals

• Oversee site visits, client interactions, and negotiations

• Monitor CRM systems and sales documentation for accuracy and consistency

• Collaborate with marketing to support lead generation and conversion

• Maintain knowledge of the local real estate market, including pricing, availability, and competitors
