Responsibilities and Duties
Provide customer support via phone calls for international customers, in English languages.
Manage customer expectations & ensure customer satisfaction.
Document customer interactions for review and follow-up.
Utilize computing and technical expertise to respond to customer inquiries.
Regularly review customer feedback and take measures to improve customer service.
Inform customers on the steps to follow to exploit services of the company.
Job Brief
Handle customer’s problems, enquires, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Provide support to customers in multiple languages via calls.
Recognize and refer potential complaints that require support from supervisors.
Ensure that customer queries are addressed in a timely and accurate manner.
Regularly update customer database with accurate information.
Requirements and Skills
Strong ability to communicate in English languages.
Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
Good working knowledge of computers and telephone systems.
Patience with customers and ability to handle tough situations.
Ability to work in any rotational shifts.
Only Immediate joiners preferred.
Qualification
UG & Graduate (HSC / B.com/B.A/B.Sc/BBA)
No Technical Graduates (Diploma/BE/B.Tech/BCA)
Candidates pursuing any type of course are not eligible.
Experience
Freshers & experienced both are eligible.
0 to 4 years of experience into International BPO Voice Process.
Should have good knowledge & understanding of Customer Service & Call handling antiques.
Excellent Communication required (B2 level)
Shift & Transport
5 Days working with two rotational week off.
9.5 Hours shift (including 1 hr break).
Work From Office role.
Both side cab service would be provided based on transport grid.
