Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming calls, emails, and chat messages from patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies.

  • Provide accurate information regarding medical services, appointments, billing, insurance, prescriptions, and other healthcare-related queries.

  • Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using internal software systems.

  • Document all interactions and updates in the CRM and/or patient management systems.

  • Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.

  • Follow HIPAA and other regulatory guidelines to ensure patient confidentiality and data protection.

  • Assist in resolving billing and insurance claims inquiries in coordination with the billing team.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of services, policies, and procedures.

  • Contribute to a positive patient experience by demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and efficiency.
