Customer Support Executive

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is HSC and 1 year of experience. The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing right information and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed. Candidates must be open to a 5 days working week during the US shift (any 9 hours between 5:30 pm and 7:00 am).
