Position Title: CRM Executive
Location: Goregaon West
Department: Sales & Customer Relations
Reports To: CRM Manager / Sales Head
Role Overview:
The CRM Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring timely communication, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle — from booking to possession and beyond. The role involves coordinating between internal teams (sales, accounts, legal, site team) and customers to ensure seamless post-sales support, documentation, and query resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
Act as the primary point of contact for customers post-booking.
Handle customer queries, concerns, and requests via calls, emails, or in-person meetings.
Maintain regular follow-ups with customers regarding payments, documentation, and project updates.
Payment & Documentation Follow-ups
Coordinate and ensure timely payment collections as per agreed payment schedules.
Prepare and dispatch demand letters, payment reminders, and receipts.
Manage the documentation process including agreements, allotment letters, and possession letters.
Customer Service & Grievance Handling
Address customer complaints and grievances promptly with appropriate resolutions.
Ensure customer issues are escalated internally and resolved within the stipulated timeframe.
Database Management & Reporting
Maintain accurate and updated customer records in the CRM software/system.
Generate periodic reports on collections, pending documents, customer follow-ups, and feedback.
Coordination with Internal Departments
Liaise with accounts, legal, and project/site teams to resolve customer issues.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales team for lead management and handovers.

Attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software
Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure
Customer-centric attitude with a proactive approach
Preferred Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Business Administration, Commerce)
2-5 years of relevant experience in CRM roles, preferably in Real Estate, Construction, or Service sectors
Work Conditions:
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Location: Goregaon West
Additional Requirements: Occasional client visits or site visits as needed
