We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Relationship Associate to become a valuable part of our team for Arteas Consultant based in Mumbai, located at Ghatkopar West. Job Requirements:

The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing the right information, and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed. A Graduate is required, and candidates must be open to working 5 days working during the Night shift.
