Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Collection Executive to join our team. The role involves interacting with customers, managing loan and credit card repayment queries, and ensuring timely collections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

• Follow up on overdue payments and recover outstanding dues.

• Address customer queries and complaints with clarity and patience.

• Keep accurate records of interactions and follow-ups.

• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve escalated issues.

• Meet daily and monthly collection targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.

• 0.5 – 2 years of experience in collections or customer support preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Target-driven and able to work under pressure.

• Must be comfortable with 6-day work week during Day Shift.
