Job Title: Tele Collection Executive

Location: Nirman vihar ( Near by Naathu sweets )

Department: Collections

Reports To: Collections Manager / Supervisor


Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Tele Collection Executive to join our dynamic collections team. The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting customers who have overdue payments, negotiating repayment terms, and ensuring the timely recovery of outstanding debts through efficient and professional phone communication.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Communication:

    • Make outbound calls to customers with overdue payments, maintaining a professional and courteous tone.

    • Discuss the details of the outstanding balance and negotiate repayment terms and schedules.

  • Debt Recovery:

    • Follow up on overdue accounts to secure payment and resolve disputes.

    • Record and update customer interactions, payment arrangements, and status of accounts in the company’s database.

  • Dispute Resolution:

    • Provide solutions to customers in a timely and efficient manner to ensure payment collection.

  • Account Management:

    • Monitor accounts to ensure timely payment and assist in developing strategies to reduce overdue balances.

  • Offer alternative solutions or payment options to customers facing financial difficulties.


Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience:

    • Proven experience in tele-collections or tele-sales is preferred.

    • Experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.

    • Ability to engage customers and negotiate effectively.

  • Problem-Solving Skills:

    • Basic understanding of debt collection laws and regulations is a plus.


Educational Requirements:

  • Minimum Qualification:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Certifications:

    • DRA
