Required Qualification / Skills:

 Graduate + Sufficient knowledge in Art / Designing or related field.

 Must be good in Canva/ Powerpoint / Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator.

 Understanding of search engine optimization, Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Social

Media.

 Should be curious and passionate about the latest digital marketing tools and innovations

and constantly experimenting with emerging tools and best practices.
 Should have excellent written and oral communication skills.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 Perform research into our industry and provide actionable tips and advice for expanding

reach in digital space.

 Designing of social media creatives.

 Prepare monthly update report of the meeting scheduled with the agencies to track the

performance.

 Primary and secondary market research.

 Assist the marketing team in coming up with the content for various

webinars/events/SEM/SEO.

 Identify potential leaders & influencers for engagement in our brand activities.

 Assist with capturing and analysing social media metrics.

 Research and trends in risk management related topics.
 Create and design posters/ stories for social media and adhere to brand guidelines.

 Amend designs after feedback received from the team.

 Test Graphics across various media channels.

 Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.

 Designing of social media creatives and Creating presentations.

 Strategies for engaging SRC students to make the blog, and share our page in social media.

 Get the Blog, small event done by SRC Students and Constantly motivate the team for the

promotional activities.

 Podcast- Identify topic, reach out to volunteers and manage transcript.

 Look for volunteers to write blogs, check for Plagiarism, host and publish on the website.
