• Prepare a wide variety of traditional and innovative chaat items.

• Ensure consistent taste, quality, and presentation of all dishes.

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation standards in the work area.

• Manage inventory and inform the kitchen manager of stock requirements.

• Monitor food prep and storage to comply with food safety regulations.

• Experiment and suggest new menu items or seasonal chaats.
