Job Description :
1. Kitchen Management: Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food preparation and service.
2. Dietary Compliance: Prepare meals according to residents' dietary plans and restrictions, working closely with the nutritionist.
3. Menu Planning: Develop menus that cater to residents' nutritional needs and preferences.
4. Budgeting: Manage food costs, labor costs, and supplies within budgetary constraints.
5. Vendor Management: Source high-quality ingredients and supplies, negotiating prices and ensuring timely deliveries.
6. Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, minimizing waste and overstocking.
7. Team Leadership: Supervise and train kitchen staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
8. Quality Control: Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
