· Processing and managing documents, such as invoices, purchase orders, Coordinate with purchase dept. for making purchase order in software
· Tracking of conveyance, advance payment and coordinate with account dept.
· Updating and maintaining databases with accurate and relevant information
· Handling site engineer inquiries and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner
· Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operations
· Managing and organizing files, both physical and electronic, to ensure easy retrieval and accessibility
· Assisting in the implementation of company policies and procedures
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in commerce or a relevant field
· Proven experience as a Back Office Executive or in a similar role
· Proficient in using office software, such as MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
· Excellent organizational and time management skills
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
· Ability to work independently and in a team
· Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
