Salary

The compensation offered ranges from ₹1.62 LPA to ₹1.86 LPA, depending on qualifications and performance.

Experience & Qualification

This role is open to freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience. Applicants must be graduates, preferably from B. Com, BBA, or similar streams.

Age Criteria

Eligible candidates must be between 18 and 32 years of age.

Essential Requirements

Proficiency in the Odia language is mandatory. Candidates must have a presentable personality and must own a two-wheeler, as the role involves field work and travel.

Key Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for collecting group loan EMIs, disbursing new group loans, and supporting account openings along with various field-level banking operations. This is a client-facing role with daily interaction in the assigned region.
