Location: Onsite(Bhubaneswar)
Work Hours: Night Shift (EST/PST)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accountant to manage financial records, ensure compliance with regulations, and support budgeting and financial reporting processes. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and examine financial records, statements, and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with laws and regulations.

Manage accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries.

Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Monitor and analyze accounting data to produce financial reports or statements.

Support budgeting and forecasting activities.

Assist with audits, both internal and external.

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial reporting requirements.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.

Collaborate with other departments to support overall financial goals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CA certification preferred).

0–4 years of accounting experience.

Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally,ADP,Excell or similar).

Strong Excel skills and familiarity with financial modeling or analysis tools.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong organizational and communication skills.
