Collection Executive

Position: Recovery Calling Executive
Location: Adajan, Surat
Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to freelancers with pending payments.

• Clearly communicate the outstanding amount and ensure recovery over the phone.

• Persuade and follow up with customers to complete their payments promptly.

• Maintain a professional yet firm approach during calls.

• Keep accurate records of calls and recovery status.

Requirements:

• Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and Gujarati.

• Confidence and assertiveness in handling difficult conversations.

• Prior experience in recovery or collection calling preferred.

• Basic computer knowledge for call tracking and record keeping.

Note: This is not a sales role. The focus is on payment recovery from freelancers who have pending dues.
