Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.

• Maintain accurate records of sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.

• Ensure proper GST entries, return filing, and reconciliation.

• Manage TDS deductions, return filing, and challan payments.

• Monitor and maintain stock entries, material consumption, and inventory reports.

• Reconcile bank accounts, vendor ledgers, and customer balances.

• Coordinate with the CA firm for compliance, audits, and statutory reporting.

• Prepare cash flow reports, petty cash tracking, and sitewise expense reports.

Key Skills Required:

• Proficiency in Tally ERP / Tally Prime

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and inventory

• Excel & email communication for reporting

• Attention to detail and speed in data entry
