The Accounts Executive is responsible for managing daily financial and accounting tasks. This role involves maintaining accurate records of all financial transactions, preparing reports, processing invoices, managing payroll, and assisting with audits. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and a thorough understanding of accounting principles.   Key Responsibilities:

    Maintain and update financial records using accounting software (Tally).

    Prepare, verify, and process invoices, purchase orders, and payments.

    Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.

    Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.

    Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.

    Prepare financial reports and summaries as required by management.

    Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.

    Liaise with internal departments, vendors, and external auditors.

    Support in the preparation of tax returns and other statutory filings.

    Monitor budgets and track expenditures.

    Maintain organized financial records and documentation.
