Role Overview:
The Collection Officer will manage and ensure timely recovery of loan installments while maintaining healthy customer relationships. The role requires an experienced individual familiar with collection processes and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
☑Collect loan repayments on schedule and follow up on overdue accounts.
☑Maintain updated records of collections and submit daily reports.
☑Conduct field visits to meet customers and resolve payment issues.
☑Coordinate with Relationship Officers and other teams to ensure smooth recovery operations.
☑Assist customers in structuring feasible repayment plans when needed.
☑Handle difficult customer interactions professionally and empathetically.

Qualifications & Skills:
✅Any Graduate Degree.
✅Minimum 1 year of experience in collections or similar roles.
✅Strong negotiation and communication skills.
✅Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
✅Willingness to travel and meet clients in the field.
✅Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
