Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records and ensure accurate ledger entries.

• Prepare and process invoices, bills, and payments on time.

• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and manage petty cash.

• Generate financial reports, including P&L statements and balance sheets.

• Support audits by preparing required documentation and reports.

• Use Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUM IF, etc.) for data analysis and reporting.

• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments regarding financial transactions.

• Assist in budget preparation and cash flow management.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards.

• Proficient in MS Excel (formulas, charts, pivot tables, etc.).

• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other Indian taxation laws.

• Good communication and organizational skills.

Preferred:

• Experience in a manufacturing or export industry.

• Knowledge of MIS reporting.
