Job Title: Account Executive

Location: Mapusa, Goa
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Job Type: Full-time, Regular

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

• 3–4 years of experience in finance and accounts

• Proficiency in Tally for bookkeeping and financial transactions

• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Good understanding of GST, TDS, and general financial regulations

• Experience in bank reconciliation, ledger maintenance, and financial reporting

• Exposure to SAP will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with banks for foreign remittance processing and advance settlements

• Submit export documentation to banks and ensure timely regularization

• Maintain records of accounts payable and receivable for company directors

• Assist in preparing directors’ financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports

• Coordinate with banks and other financial stakeholders for daily transactions

• Ensure GST and TDS compliance, including timely filings and documentation

• Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies efficiently
