Accountant

We are looking for an Accountant to join our team at at Client of Green Arrow Career Services, at Assagoa, North Goa Location. The role involves managing financial transactions of the organization, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The position offers ₹25000 - ₹40000 and opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Generate invoices: Create and send invoices/demand letters etc. to clients.

  • Follow up on payments: Track overdue invoices and contact clients to collect due payments.

  • Reconcile accounts: Compare client accounts to statements and resolve discrepancies.

  • Monitor accounts: Keep an eye out for late or missing payments, and other irregularities.

  • Process payments: Post payments to customer accounts and prepare bank deposits.

  • Resolve issues: Resolve payment issues, and communicate with clients.

  • Prepare reports: Collect data and prepare monthly reports.

  • Maintain records: Keep up-to-date records of client accounts and transactions.

Job Requirements:

A perfect candidate for this role should have a keen eye for numerical accuracy. The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 6+ years of experience. Applicants must have knowledge about accounting and GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
