Accountant

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CA Inter or M.Com is a plus)

• Proven work experience in accounting, preferably in the real estate or construction industry

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and Indian tax laws

• Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software (e.g., Zoho Books, QuickBooks, etc.)

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation for all transactions

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

• Monitor cash flow and forecast future financial trends

• Handle TDS, and other statutory filings and ensure timely compliance

• Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions as needed

• Assist in budgeting, cost control, and financial planning activities

• Maintain records of property sales, purchases, rental income, and other real estate transactions

• Coordinate with sales department for financial updates

• Manage payroll and employee reimbursements, if applicable
