Skills And You, a social enterprise certified by NSDC, is looking for a skilled Accountant to join our dynamic team and support our financial operations.

🔹 Location: Delhi NCR

🔹 CTC: ₹3.6 – ₹4.2 LPA

🔹 Experience: 5–6 years

🔹 Joining: Immediate

💼 Key Responsibilities

✔ Post & process journal entries, invoices, and receivables/payables

✔ Manage petty cash, reimbursements, and vendor billing

✔ Prepare financial statements, MIS reports & cash flow statements

✔ Handle TDS returns, IT returns, and MCA filings

✔ Coordinate with clients for collections and vendors for payments

✔ Support in internal financial reviews and audits

🎯 What We’re Looking For

✅ Proficiency in Tally, MS Office & Advanced Excel

✅ Strong understanding of accounting standards & tax compliance

✅ Excellent communication and coordination skills

✅ Highly organized with attention to detail

✅ Prior experience in managing company accounts and financial reporting
