Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and motivated EV Technician to handle service,

maintenance, and repair of electric scooters. The ideal candidate should have basic technical knowledge of electric two-wheelers, strong troubleshooting skills, and a customer-focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities

Service & Maintenance

● Perform routine servicing of electric scooters (Lectrix & Chetak EV)

● Conduct vehicle inspection and preventive maintenance

● Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults

● Ensure timely delivery of serviced vehicles

Battery & Electrical System Handling

● Diagnose battery-related issues and performance concerns

● Check motor, controller, wiring, and charging systems

● Perform software updates (if applicable)

● Follow safety procedures while handling EV batteries

Service Documentation

● Maintain job cards and service records

● Update service status and parts used

● Coordinate with spare parts team for requirements

● Provide service updates to Service Advisor / Sales Team

Customer Support

● Explain service work done to customers

● Support delivery and test ride readiness

Requirements

● ITI / Diploma in Automobile / Electrical / Mechanical (Preferred)

● 0–3 years experience in two-wheeler or EV service

● Basic knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting

● Willingness to learn EV technology

● Team player with positive attitude
