We are seeking an experienced and technically proficient Service Supervisor to oversee floor operations at our Aadhi Maruti workshop. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of technicians, ensuring repair quality, maintaining optimal floor productivity, and guaranteeing that vehicles are serviced and delivered within committed timelines according to Maruti Suzuki standards.

Key Responsibilities

Floor & Team Management: Allocate jobs to technicians based on skill levels, monitor workflow across service bays, and maintain strict workshop discipline and safety standards.
Quality Control (QC): Perform thorough quality checks and road tests on serviced vehicles to ensure all reported mechanical, electrical, and bodywork faults are completely resolved.
Timeline Tracking: Monitor the progress of vehicle servicing, troubleshoot technical bottlenecks on the floor, and ensure on-time vehicle readiness for delivery.
Technical Guidance: Assist and guide junior technicians in diagnosing complex mechanical, electronic, or engine-related faults.
Inventory Coordination: Work closely with the Parts Department to ensure necessary spare parts and lubricants are available to prevent delays on the service floor.
Process Compliance: Ensure the team strictly adheres to Maruti Suzuki’s standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
