Subject Matter Expert

We are looking for a Subject Matter Expert – (SME MAX – Luxury Cars) to join our team at Company Is Founded In 2015 And Is An Online Used-car Retailing Platform That Aims To Bring About Transparency And Convenience In The Car Buying And Selling Process In India to assemble, maintain and repair machinery and vehicles. In this role, you will make sure that machines, engines and mechanical systems work properly and run smoothly. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹40,000 - ₹60,000 and growth opportunities.

• JD - Subject Matter Expert – (SME MAX – Luxury Cars) Eligibility - Qualification & Experience  Minimum Qualification: Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering  Minimum Experience: 10 years’ overall automobile technician experience in Luxury Cars (Mercedes- Benz, BMW, Audi, Jaguar & Land Rover, Volvo, Bentley etc.)  Mandatory team handling / supervisory experience  Proficiency in MS OAice (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, basic reporting)  Valid driving license (LMV; ability to drive vehicles for testing and fault diagnosis)  Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostic tools and equipment  Languages: Hindi, English, and regional language SME (Subject Matter Expert- Luxury Cars) – Responsibilities  Provide technical expertise in automobile diagnostics, repair, and maintenance  Supervise and guide technicians to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to standards  Handle team management, task allocation, and on-the-job technical support  Perform advanced fault diagnosis, including fault driving identification and root cause analysis  Conduct suspension checks, engine diagnostics, and overall vehicle health assessments  EAectively use special tools such as:  Compression testers  Oil pressure gauges  Fuel pressure gauges  Injectors return flow tools  Multimeters and other diagnostic equipment  Ensure correct usage of tools, equipment, and safety procedures in the workshop  Maintain technical reports, job cards, and documentation using MS OAice  Train technicians on new processes, tools, and best practices  Maintain professional appearance and represent the organization positively  Communicate clearly with technicians and stakeholders in Hindi, English, and the regional language.
