Job Summary (कार्य विवरण)

OLA Electric को ऐसे सर्विस टेक्नीशियन की आवश्यकता है जो इलेक्ट्रिक स्कूटर की सर्विसिंग, रिपेयरिंग, डायग्नोसिस और मेंटेनेंस का कार्य संभाल सके। उम्मीदवार को इलेक्ट्रिकल और मैकेनिकल सिस्टम की बेसिक जानकारी होनी चाहिए।

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियां (Key Responsibilities)

OLA इलेक्ट्रिक स्कूटर की सर्विसिंग और रिपेयरिंग करना।
वाहन में आने वाली तकनीकी समस्याओं को पहचानना और ठीक करना।
बैटरी, मोटर, कंट्रोलर, वायरिंग और सॉफ्टवेयर से जुड़ी जांच करना।
Diagnostic tools का उपयोग करके fault निकालना।
Customer complaints को समय पर resolve करना।
सर्विस SOP और सेफ्टी गाइडलाइन का पालन करना।
Job card और service records अपडेट करना।
जरूरत पड़ने पर field service और breakdown support देना।

आवश्यक योग्यता (Eligibility)

ITI / Diploma / B.Tech (Mechanical / Electrical / Automobile)
Fresher और Experienced दोनों apply कर सकते हैं।
Automobile या EV industry का experience होने पर preference मिलेगी।

जरूरी Skills

Electrical और Mechanical की बेसिक जानकारी
EV vehicles की troubleshooting knowledge
Team work और customer handling skills
Mobile/App आधारित service system चलाने की समझ
