Designation - Civil Manager

Location - Mumbai Ban

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect Coordination: Collaborate with architects to ensure cost-effective and efficient structural designs.

• Design & Cost Management/Cost Optimization: Develop structural designs focusing on predesign cost reduction while maintaining quality standards. Work closely with architects and engineers to identify opportunities for cost reduction in the predesign load and construction phases.

• Communication: Manage internal and external communications, including international and domestic stakeholders, ensuring seamless project execution.

• Presenting & review skills: Project tracking and weekly review, target achievement, and PP presentation.

• Project Execution: Supervise construction activities, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and safety standards.

• Vendor Management: Handle vendor selection, negotiation, and coordination to optimize project outcomes.

• Engineering Expertise: Incorporate advanced Industrial engineering practices and technologies into project designs, including Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) systems.

• Billing & Documentation: Oversee billing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely approvals.

• Total BOQ and BOM sheet preparation

• Manpower handling skill

• Understanding of all types of Civil Drawings with related software-friendly

• Work Pressure Handling skills – Client & Management

• Project execution skills
