Service engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1. Install and commission granite machines including LPM, Multi Cutters and Wire Saws.

2. Carry out servicing, preventive maintenance, and repairs of mechanical parts such as bearings, assemblies, and machine alignment.

3. Diagnose and troubleshoot machine breakdowns effectively to minimize downtime.

4. Ensure smooth functioning and optimal performance of machines at customer sites.

5. Provide timely technical support and maintain service records.

6. Coordinate with the technical team and report service activities to management.

Requirements:

1. Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.

2. Hands-on experience in installation, servicing, and maintenance of heavy machinery (granite or stone-cutting machines preferred).

3. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems including bearings, alignment, and assemblies.

4. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve breakdowns quickly.

5. Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.

6. Good communication and problem-solving skills.
