Job Description

Repair and maintain vehicles and machines
Have knowledge of workshop tools and equipments
Maintain service track records

Assist in the Preventive maintenance, Installation, commissioning, and servicing of Cummins
diesel engines at customer sites.
• Learn the key On-The-Job skills needed to perform the service jobs as descridbed above.
• Support senior engineers in diagnosing and troubleshooting engine-related issues.
• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs, ensuring engines operate at optimal performance.
• Document all service activities, including maintenance schedules, repairs performed, and
parts used.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies while working in the field.
• Practice usage of appropriate hand tools, special tools, service laptop etc.
• Learn usage of QSL - Quick Serve applications and its outputs.
• Participate in training programs to develop technical skills specific to Cummins engines.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding
service updates and recommendations.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service processes and improve efficiency.
• Always ensure to demonstrate a positive customer experience during all the service events
